North Port cares. Time and time again, North Port residents have stepped up to help their neighbors during times of need or hardship. This is apparent in big and small ways and is part of this community's culture.

In fact, the City of North Port is one of the only cities in the United States with a dedicated Social Services Division. The Division's offices are located in the City's North Port Family Service Center, which also provides office space for several community agencies that assist residents.
