Strength, Agility & Resistance
Fitness class focused on increasing strength, agility and speed for sports through the use of specific exercises and resistance training. Registration for all sessions are now being accepted at the George Mullen Activity Center and the Morgan Family Community Center, or register online. Free Class, March 17, 2017, 7:00 p.m.-7:45 p.m.
Age: 12 and up
Fee: $85 per session/$10 drop-in

Fundamentals of TRX Suspension Training
This 6-week course will focus on the fundamentals of TRX in order to build a strong foundation of the correct body positions needed to perform TRX exercises. Please wear comfortable clothing and closed toed shoes, bring water and a towel. Space is limited. Advance registration required.

TRX Suspension Training
TRX® Suspension Training is the original workout system that leverages gravity and your body weight to perform hundreds of exercises. You’re in control of how much you want to challenge yourself on each exercise because you can simply adjust your body position to add or decrease resistance. Space is limited. Advance registration required.
Age: 16 and up

Pound
Jam session inspired by the energizing and sweat dripping fun of playing the drums for a full body workout. Combines cardio, conditioning and strength training with Yoga and Pilates inspired movements.
Age: 16 and up
Fee: $5 per class/$40 for 8 classes

Senior Fitness
Functional fitness exercises designed for seniors to help improve daily life movements that keep you safe and living independently. Classes cover the basics of exercise, strength and balance. Participants will be using a chair for additional support and your body as resistance.
Age: Senior 55+
Fee: $5 per class
Schedule: M/W/F  2pm-2:45pm

5K Run Club
Have you ever wanted to run a 5k but never thought you could? Now is the time to set free your inner runner! This is the chance to train to run a 5k race. Novice runners will learn how to safely begin running and improve their endurance throughout the 8 week program. Participants completing the 8 week program will receive a discount on the Firecracker 5K Race entry. All you need is a pair of running sneakers and a need to succeed!
Age: 15 and up
Fee: Members free; non-members $2 per class or $25 session

Personal Training
Discover the benefits of working with a certified personal trainer. Improve strength, flexibility, endurance, posture, balance and coordination with a customized fitness program designed to achieve your individual fitness goals. Training sessions can be scheduled by the half hour and hour.
Age: 18 and up
Fee: $35/30 minutes, $60/60 minutes

Fit-Teen University
A training course for teens covering the fundamentals of exercise along with exercise safety, fitness center rules, etiquette and equipment use. Upon successful completion, teens age 13-15 will receive membership privileges without parental supervision.

Jazzercise
Choreographed to today’s hottest music, Jazzercise is a fusion of jazz dance, resistance training, Pilates, yoga, and kickboxing.

Lunch Time Crunch
Make the most of your lunch hour with this timely, fun, and energizing class. Set up to work with any schedule, just drop in, warm up and burn calories.

Yogarobics
Rediscover the joy of movement! Mature adults will learn movements designed to stimulate a stronger, fuller and more comfortable lifestyle using techniques from Yoga, jazz and modern dance. Standing and/or seated, with or without shoes, these  simple, yet powerful movements will improve coordination, flexibility, balance and strength while also increasing personal power and confidence. First class free to new participants.

Zumba
A fun energizing workout that’s great for your body and mind! First class free to new participants.

Zumba Step
This is a Zumba class that combines traditional dance steps, aerobic fundamentals and fitness combinations  while providing a lower body challenge.

Line Dancing
Line Dancing is an easy way to have fun while you exercise your body & mind. Wear smooth bottomed shoes with backs & bring water. First class free to new participants.

Line Dance Socials
Bring your dance shoes and join us for a fun line dance social! Bring your friends and dance the afternoon away - no partner needed. It’s exercise without realizing you are actually exercising. For all skill levels.

 Martial Arts
Attend traditional martial arts and learn Shaolin Hung Gar and Yang Style Tai Chi.
