Parkinson’s Boxing Class 
The Parkinson’s Boxing class will empower participants while developing their balance and lightning quick combinations.  The class is based on two basic principles: footwork and combinations, but includes everything from jumping rope and punching bags to tossing medicine balls.

Youth Boxing Class 
The class teaches the fundamentals of boxing along with the work ethic and discipline of the sport. Participants will gain improvement in both physical and mental strength.

Fundamentals of TRX Suspension Training
This 6-week course will focus on the fundamentals of TRX in order to build a strong foundation of the correct body positions needed to perform TRX exercises. Wear comfortable clothing and closed toed shoes; bring water and a towel. Space is limited. Advance registration required.

Senior Fitness
Functional fitness exercises designed for seniors to help improve daily life movements that keep you safe and living independently. Classes cover the basics of exercise, strength and balance. Participants will be using a chair for additional support and their body as resistance.
Age: Senior 55+

Pound
This Jam session is inspired by the energizing and sweat dripping fun of playing the drums for a full body workout. Combines cardio, conditioning and strength training with Yoga and Pilates inspired movements.
Age: 16 and up
Fee: $5 per class/$40 for 8 classes

Strength, Agility, and Resistance 
This fitness class is focused on increasing strength, agility, and speed for sports through the use of specific exercises and resistance training. No class 9/4
Age: 12 and up                 
Fee: $85/session or $10 per class

Personal Training
Discover the benefits of working with a certified personal trainer. Improve strength, flexibility, endurance, posture, balance, and coordination with a customized fitness program designed to achieve your individual fitness goals. Training sessions can be scheduled by the half hour and hour.

Fee: $35/30 minutes; $60/60 minutes

Fit-Teen University
A training course for teens covering the fundamentals of exercise along with exercise safety, fitness center rules, etiquette, and equipment use. Upon successful completion, teens age 13-15 will receive membership privileges without parental supervision.

Jazzercise
Choreographed to today’s hottest music, Jazzercise is a fusion of jazz dance, resistance training, Pilates, yoga, and kickboxing.

Core/strength training designed to increase flexibility and improve core strength. First class free to new participants.

Yogarobics
Rediscover the joy of movement! Mature adults will learn movements designed to stimulate a stronger, fuller, and more comfortable lifestyle using techniques from yoga, jazz, and modern dance. Standing and/or seated, with or without shoes, these simple movements will improve coordination, flexibility, balance and strength while also increasing personal power and confidence. First class free to new participants.

Saturday Fitness
 A 45-minute full body work out that involves cardio to increase your heart rate and strength training to sculpt arms, glutes, and core.

Zumba
A fun energizing workout that’s great for your body and mind! First class free to new participants.
Age: 13 and up

Zumba Step
A Zumba class that combines traditional dance steps, aerobic fundamentals and fitness combinations while providing a lower body challenge.

Line Dancing
Line Dancing is an easy way to have fun while you exercise your body and mind. Wear smooth bottomed shoes with backs and bring water. First class free to new participants.

Line Dance Socials
Grab your dance shoes and join us for a fun line dance social! Bring your friends and dance the afternoon away - no partner needed. It’s exercise without realizing you are actually exercising. For all skill levels.

Fit Over Fifty
Designed for those 50 and older, this program offers a medium cardio and muscle strength training that finishes with a nice stretch.

5K Run Club
Have you ever wanted to run a 5K but never thought you could? This is the chance to train to run a 5K race. Novice runners will learn how to safely begin running and improve their endurance throughout the eight-week program. Participants completing the eight-week program will receive a discount on the Firecracker 5K Race entry held on 7/4. All you need is a pair of running sneakers and a need to succeed!

Mommy & Me Pilates
Mommy and Me Pilates is addressed to moms and baby from 6 weeks up to one year old. It allows every mom to have a safe, effective physical activity together with their baby.
