Tot Time
Bring your little ones to play and interact with other tots. This is a great opportunity for your child to begin learning early social skills. Play equipment includes balls, riding toys, giant foam blocks and a manipulative station.

“Binglo” Family Game Night

Scrapbooking Fun

Beginner Dance Instruction

Walking Club
Come for a fun-filled hour of walking. Walking can help you maintain a healthy weight; prevent or manage various health conditions; strengthen bones and muscles; and improve your mood, balance and coordination. Join us for a staff led walk with intervals of light and fast pace walking.

Beginner Photography
Have you purchased a new DSLR camera and not sure how to use it? For the photo enthusiast or new user, this beginner course will explain basic camera operation, including camera and lens settings, storage, specs, exposure, shutter speeds, aperture, and ISO image framing. Bring your DSLR camera and manual to class. No class 2/19.

Rec on Wheels
Parks & Recreation is going out into the community and encouraging kids to come out and play! Each month we will be at a different location with a city vehicle full of activities and games. Rec on Wheels is offered on a drop-in basis, child care is not provided. Program will not be held during inclement weather.

Wild Side of North Port School Programs
The Wild Side of North Port School Programs are an excellent resource for school groups, scout troops, daycares and homeschool groups. Programs help students develop a deeper understanding and appreciation of the natural world while interacting in a natural setting and having fun.  Each program includes a game or hands on project with a variety of activities that will lead to discoveries in nature.
To schedule a program, call the George Mullen Activity Center at (941) 240-8120 at least three weeks in advance of the date desired.
